A lot of phrase adjustments again, added trailing dots, removed "allowed" from some descriptions.. etc (#2051)

* A lot of phrase adjustments again, added trailing dots, removed "allowed" from some descriptions.. etc

* putting these back per alex request...

* putting some back to how I did them before, additional phrase adjustments, missing "periods" etc

There was communication error with Alex, so fixing the typos, adding
ending periods in descriptions without colons, and other phrase
adjustments lol.
