[PATCH] don't use REMOVE_LINKS/SET_LINKS for reparenting

There are places where kernel uses REMOVE_LINKS/SET_LINKS while changing
process's ->parent.  Use add_parent/remove_parent instead, they don't abuse
of global process list.
